- Note: For Ultimate Tours departing on Tuesdays, the sheepdog demonstration will instead take place at Atlantic Sheepdogs near Grange, County Sligo, on Day 7. On these departures, your morning in Dingle begins with a visit to the Dingle Cookery School for a live cookery demonstration sharing 10,000 years of Irish food history — complete with tea, coffee, and freshly baked homemade scones to finish.
